Here’s what happens next

1. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation.

During this consultation, we can assess what brings you to therapy, discuss your needs, and you can get an idea of who we are as therapists and what we offer.

2. If we both determine we are a good fit, we can move forward and schedule an appointment.

The intake can take place virtually or in-person, whichever meets your needs. You have now taken the first step towards empowerment!

3. At the first session, your therapist will get to know all about you and what you hope to accomplish.

We will make sure your treatment goals are clear so we can stay grounded in our work together. At the end of our session, we'll ask you how you felt about it and if you'd like to meet again.
